Reviving a 2017 Seadoo 1500cc Rotax Engine

Check out this 2017 Seadoo 1500cc Rotax that came to us just 6 months after its manufacture date. Sadly, this brand new engine ingested salt water and was left to sit and corrode. The salt wreaked havoc on the cylinder walls, cylinder head, valves, valve seats, pistons, conrods, crankshaft, and valve springs.

Despite the extensive damage, our team has worked hard to restore it. The block now features new cylinder liners, honed and refaced, giving this engine another chance at life!

Stay tuned for more updates on our engine restoration projects!
